Cosmetics & Etc. Wishlist

Periodically, I go through phases where I am completely in love with cosmetics or anything related to them. And of course occasionally I fall out of love with them because I'm just too lazy to be bothered. Right now, I happen to be in the stage of loving spending time pampering myself. Which of course makes me happy, but it does not please my wallet.

Anyways, here are some of the items I've been lusting after, and that I will hopefully get.

I'll let you know what I think of these products if I ever get them.

Love,

Caro

Makeup Review: L'Oreal Telescopic Shocking Extensions Mascara

I'd heard some great reviews about this mascara from quite a few people, so I figured I'd try it out myself. After all, you can always use a good mascara.

This mascara is really good for long, thin lashes, but unfortunately not for thick and voluminous ones. It curls nicely with an eyelash curler, and even a little bit on it's own. It's a great mascara for every day, but for nights out or more exciting looks I like to have eyelashes that are a bit fuller.

Another thing that I noticed is that this mascara is a great dupe for the Benefit They're Real! Mascara - they both do long, thin lashes like no other.

Overall, I really like this mascara. I definitely won't be throwing out my others and replacing them with this one, but I will absolutely be keeping it and using it on a regular basis.

Caro

Mini Sephora Haul

I have missed Sephora so much when I was in the UK. So of course, as I was laying around my house today recovering from getting my wisdom teeth out, I decided that I absolutely must try some new perfumes, because I realized I don't actually have one. I mean, I have Victoria's Secret Body Spray (because that stuff smells AMAZING), and I have a perfume my aunt gave me and a perfume I got on Canal Street in New York when I was 13 for about $5, so I figured it was time to try something new.

Because I couldn't go into the store to smell them myself, and because I am incredibly impatient, I went with smaller, less expensive perfumes that had elements I liked in them. So, we'll see what happens, and I'll tell you guys what I think of them when they come in the mail.

I also got a cute little birthday present! If you guys have never shopped at Sephora, or you have but you've never signed up for their rewards system, I recommend it so much because every time you shop you collect more points, and you can get cute little free samples, and they give you little presents for your birthday. And, it doesn't cost any money!

Caro
